Veronica: “Vernique Rose"

Also known as Speedwell, Veronica is a great filler plant in the garden, bringing pops of color without overwhelming the other plants, and responding really well to deadheading. While I've always had purple ones, this bright pink 'Vernique Rose' variety was a last minute snag at the nursery in late spring and has only just begun blooming in late August. As there aren't many new arrivals as we near the end of summer, I think this is kinda cool...
