Harvest: Serrano Peppers



Ever since having the most delicious camarones al ajillo while on a solo trek outside of Zihuatanejo, I've been hooked on serranos. They grow strangely well in the Northwest and are hardier than most sweet & bell peppers I've grown...and luckily, a little goes a long way so it's great not only for cooking but for drying and making hot sauce as well.
