Our second Sea Holly, AKA Eryngium, is called Jade Frost, named for its variegated leaves at the base. It's got an even purple-ier vibe than the Blue Glitter I posted about recently, and is thriving like the other one in the crappy sandy gravely whatever that is in that back section of the garden. Dude, look at those stems actually turning purple as well now that it's established!! I have discovered that, even with being near our 6' fence, it still helps to stake these sea hollies as they grow - currently up to 3' high - but otherwise, it's easily ignored by the watering can so it's super low maintenance.
