Scabiosa. Such an unfair name for such a lovely flower! So we'll use the other name: pincushion. Hmm. Well it's still better than the first. And best of all? It's another hummingbird and butterfly friendly perennial! In the past I've grown other varieties of pincushion flower and they've rarely grown back, but supposedly they do re-seed well...so we shall see!
