Woo hoo - FINALLY the other Rose of Sharon is in bloom and I'm so stoked! While this French Cabaret Purple looks more pink in this photo, it's actually more lilac in real life. Either way, it's pretty, it's thriving in the location where it doesn't mind off-season moisture, and should grow and fill in that spot in our back garden in a really lovely way.
