With climate change making the seasons more unpredictable (sometimes longer, sometimes shorter, sometimes hotter, sometimes colder...), things one never could have imagined growing in the Pacific Northwest have grown at times. When my husband and I were married we had this insanely hot summer where it started getting warm in spring and even hit 100 in June...totally nuts. It was also when I on a lark I tried growing okra...and succeeded. The flowers alone are amazing, aren't they?
