One of the things I don't miss about our farm? The sheer amount of RAIN we got out at the coast. Literally twice the amount of Seattle and Portland. No joke. The grass grew a foot every week in spring it felt like! I told myself someday I'd eliminate the grass from the enclosed garden, but never got around to it. We exhale now in the city when it comes to that topic - we literally included the electric riding mower with the farm when we sold it and never looked back!
