Awful name, super cool fungi.
The peziza vesiculosa, which has the unfortunate name of 'common dung cup' or 'blistered cup', is super common in highly nutritious soils, which is why it's thriving in my raised bed where I recently added a big happy new layer of my new DIY potting soil.
Poisonous? Yep.
Rad to look at and great for the soil? Heck Yeah!
