Groundcover: Bugleweed

While normally the scourge of my existence, having downsized back to the city where our house is set up off the street with a rockery out front, there is a lovely patch of bugleweed showing off it's purple and green at the base of the rockery. Because you can never truly get rid of bugleweed from my experience, having it in a segregated area far from where it could possibly reach the rest of your garden is a great way to enjoy it. We've planted some Siberian Iris amongst it and they have complemented each other nicely and it's proven to be a great grass-smothering groundcover down there as well.

Now if those Siberian Irises would just start to show off...!
