Great new, colorful, filling-as-all-get-out vegetarian dinner that we just inhaled tonight for dinner! Roasted cauliflower and sweet potato that was tossed with garlic, curry powder, paprika and other herbs, served on quinoa and chopped up chard (I’ve decided I like chard much better than kale, anyone else out there with me?), and drizzled with a cumin yogurt sauce and some DIY parsley-lemon oil. Day-um that’s good. Kudos to Dishing Out Health for this scrumptious new bowl we’re definitely adding to our repertoire!
