In my 'wet feet' area of the backyard garden, I planted several of these cape fuschias, and promptly assumed I'd killed them after they remained 'frozen in time' all spring and into early summer. Now? They fine. Behind schedule like so many things in the garden, but blooming. 3-5' high? Not quite, but like I said, it's running behind so I'm grateful for the 18" they're arriving at right now and will be curious to see if the hummingbird clan in our neck of the woods discovers these sooner rather than later, since I planted these in the vicinity. We shall see...
