Bergenia

I've never been a huge fan of bergenia...except in winter when I'm feeling whiny about there not being much color in the garden. This grows in our rockery right where our drainage pipe emerges and gets a good amount of shade thanks to the neighbor's tree on that side of our yard...a perfect spot for this water-loving plant.
